TSA is working with Customs and Border Protection/CBP, as well as the airlines, to implement this risk-based passenger prescreening initiative at airports across the country. TSA prescreens certain individuals who volunteer to participate in the program. Once enrolled in PreCheck, passengers may qualify for expedited processing.
