The goal and objective of this committee is to foster an environment within BABTA membership that promotes diversity & inclusion. The BABTA Board realized in today’s climate, there is a need within our industry to support and embrace diversity. Establishing an inclusive environment with our membership, culture, equity, outreach efforts and events. Volunteer to join us as we pave the way to embrace diversity in thought, experience and opportunities that will ultimately serve everyone . We will meet once a month to set strategy to support our intention.
