SFO’s Director of Guest Services will talk about the latest trends at SFO: new amenities, ASQ (Airport Service Quality) and how SFO measures their customer service scores. So, bring your questions! Plus, team members from SFO Museum will be on-hand to offer a post-meeting tour of the Museum and the latest installations in the International Hall.
SFO will validate parking for all attendees. The Parking Garage closest to the Museum is the International A Garage.
