Gala Volunteers Needed!

We are all looking forward to another successful BABTA Gala on Wednesday, December 17^th.  In order for this year’s event to be a success, we need volunteers to assist in the following areas:

• Registration/Greeters (2-3 people)
• Prize ticket sales (6 people)
• Dinner Greeters (3 people)
• Silent Auction Set-up (6 people).  Note:  This team needs to be available at 3 PM.
• Silent Auction sheet monitors & Pick-up bid sheets (4 people)
• Live auction runners (3 people)
• Silent auction calculation (3 people)
• Auction check-out (6 people)
• Prize drawing (4 people)

We hope that you will consider this idea and extend our Gala invitation beyond our chapter to other industry colleagues.  The offer of our “VIP Table Sponsor” at only $1,000.00 will be available for a limited time and will allow you and your company to purchase a table that includes 10 VIP tickets to the BABTA Gala while receiving the benefits listed below.  You can even plan to collaborate with another supplier partner and share the VIP Table Sponsor costs!

• Reserved VIP dinner table and seating for you and your guests with VIP signage displaying your company’s logo (10 total)
• VIP check-in for you and your table guests

Note:  Even if you choose not to be a "VIP Table Sponsor", you and your colleagues can still reserve seating and a table with a "Reserved Table" at a special pricing of $750.00 for 10 seats to ensure you can all sit together at the event.  We hope you will support BABTA and the Gala by reserving your table today!  

Donate to the Gala!

Each year BABTA hosts a charity gala through an evening of great food, drinks, auctions, and holiday celebration!  The money raised helps fund BABTA's educational programs, which are available to all members.  This year the organization has once again selected to donate a portion of the proceeds to a local non-profit organization, Bay Area Women's & Children's Center (www.bawcc.org).

We are seeking donations for the Gala Live Auction, Silent Auction, and Prize Drawing, including gift certificates for airlines, hotels, transportation, restaurants, tours, etc.  If you are interested in contributing an item to this event, please view our Gala Donation Letter and click here to pledge your donation!  View our list of donated items!
