Join BABTA and your networking colleagues at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco for a unique "Ted Talk" about the importance of safety and security for corporate travelers! Two separate speakers will present:

• Kevin Coffey, with Goldspring Consulting – an expert on traveler safety and security. He is a retired Los Angeles police officer and keynote speaker at numerous travel industry events
• Laura D. Verwest, with WorldAware - will present on the unique challenges that women face when traveling on business

In lieu of dinner we will begin with a networking reception serving heavy appetizers and drinks. Due to the format of the meeting we will not have a sit-down dinner.

At check-in, you will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. Seating will be set up in two separate parts of the room. Speakers will rotate and present to each group.

After our safety and security discussions, we will disperse to the Hilton Cityscape Lounge on the 46th floor of the Hilton Union Square. The view of The City is spectacular! Dessert, wine, and beer will be served to end the evening.
