Scholarship Opportunities

GBTA Bay Area supports the pursuit of professional certification through the Global Business Travel Association’s programs and educational offerings. Due to our affiliation with GBTA, GBTA Foundation (formerly Institute of Business Travel Management) and the CPC (Chapter President’s Council), we are able to offer educational scholarships for a variety of programs in addition to our local GBTA Bay Area scholarships.

2025 GBTA Convention Scholarships

GBTA Bay Area has committed to offering Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) convention scholarships to its members. We recognize the value of education in our industry and hope that this opportunity will help you to continue your professional goals.

GBTA Convention Scholarships

GBTA Bay Area will award two scholarships—one for a Corporate Buyer and one for an Allied Member to attend the 2025 Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Convention. This year’s GBTA 2025 Convention will be held in Denver, CO, from July 21–23!.

Applications for the 2025 Scholarship for complimentary registration will be accepted through 5PM on Friday, June 17, 2025. Please click here to apply online (you must be logged in as a member to the GBTA Bay Area website to access the application). Notifications will be sent out by Friday, June 20, 2025.

• Must be a current member of GBTA Bay Area
• Must be in good standing
