Zabeel House by Jumeirah™
This exciting second brand from Jumeirah Group has been created in response to the continuing and growing travel trend for exploration and enrichment through travel experiences. The core target market for the brand will be both business and leisure travellers who want a lively base from which to explore: therefore each property will be conveniently located to help guests experience the city they’re in. Zabeel House by Jumeirah™ will have a strong appeal for this increasing segment of travellers, from across a broad demographic, who want to connect meaningfully with their travel destinations.

    The hotel will offer 210 guest rooms, two restaurants, terrace dining around the pool area, conference and business facilities, as well as a gym and spa treatment rooms.

Jumeirah Nanjing, China (opening July 2018)
Located approximately 40 minutes’ drive from the airport and a one-hour train ride from Shanghai, Jumeirah Nanjing is set in the Hexi new business district and in close proximity to office buildings and a conference centre. The mixed-use development will comprise office and retail space, a conference centre, a 4-star hotel and a luxury Jumeirah hotel.

Designed by architect Zaha Hadid, the 250-room hotel will include 32 suites, an all-day dining and Chinese specialty restaurant, café, lobby lounge, tea lounge, bar, junior ballroom, executive club lounge, business centre, fitness centre, Talise Spa and an indoor swimming pool.
